ARRIVAL TIME

Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the time of your first scheduled appointment. We want to make sure you have plenty of time to change into a robe and enjoy the relaxation room! All treatments will end on time as a courtesy to our next guest and full treatment price will be charged.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to make an adjustment to your appointment, please give a 24 hour notice to avoid the cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount of your services. In certain situations in relations due to Covid-19, we can make an exception.

SPA ETIQUETTE

What do we want for you more than anything? Peace and relaxation. It’s our commitment to you, and we’ll do whatever it takes to make sure you get it. For that reason, we ask that everyone please turn off your cell phones in the nail and spa areas. We also kindly ask that no children be present in the spa area, including treatment rooms, while you enjoy your time of relaxation.

LOCKER ROOMS

Take the time to come early and change into a plush robe in our separate men’s and women’s locker rooms. Feel secure by locking your personal belongings in keyless lockers. Locker Rooms have all the amenities you need to leave fresh and ready to go!

RELAXATION ROOM

Designed to unwind, our relaxation rooms are there for your enjoyment before, in between and after your service. Our spa is equipped with separate men’s, women’s and couple’s relaxation rooms for your comfort. Take time to enjoy spa water, hot tea, coffee and light snacks. As always, naps are free!

GRATUITIES

Are always left to the discretion of our clients. However, an automatic 15% gratuity is included with spa packages and groups of 5 or more using our party room.

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards can be purchased at our location or right here. Gift Cards can be redeemed at our location for services and/or retail products, making them the perfect gift for women and men! Gift cards are not replaced if lost or stolen, are not redeemable for cash, and are nontransferable and nonrefundable. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

GROUP PARTIES

We’ve perfected the art of spa partying! Whether you’re looking to reward an employee, host a small birthday party, celebrate an amazing friendship or a special anniversary we can offer something “Relaxing, Fun and Unique!” We offer a private relaxation room that can seat up to 12. REWARDS PROGRAM

A great way to enjoy more spa for less money! Join our rewards program for a one time fee to earn points that you can redeem for discounts on spa services or retail purchases. Members enjoy 20% off of retail purchases on the 20th of every month!
