Spa Service Arrival

Please arrive at least 20-30 minutes early for your services to ensure you have plenty of time to change into your robe and relax in the relaxation lounge before your service starts right on time. If you are late, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service. Clients who arrive late  may receive an abbreviated session but will be charged in full for their scheduled session.

Cancellation Policy

In order to provide you and other clients with excellent customer service and access to appointments, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Kindly review the cancellation information below. Please note that by booking an appointment, you are accepting the conditions of our cancellation policy.

Please allow 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. We understand that sometimes unavoidable situations occur, and we will do our best to work with you in the case of an emergency. However, if last minute cancellations become a habit, you may be asked to prepay up to 100% to reserve your appointments.

We require a credit card or a gift card to reserve all appointments. A 100% cancellation fee will be applied to the card on file in the absence of your appointment. We greatly appreciate your understanding and compliance with this policy.

Spa environment

To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all clients, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for their children while they are receiving services. Children must be 14 (unless approved by management) or older to receive spa services and must be accompanied by an adult at all times until the age of 16. Some services may require a signed parental consent.  

For consideration of all clients, please silence your cell phone before entering the spa. Phone conversations must be conducted outside of relaxation areas. Thank you in advance for speaking softly while within the spa.

Only guests with scheduled appointments for the day are allowed in the relaxation lounge and in treatment areas. 


Please leave valuables at home or locked in your car. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Be sure to double check lockers and robe pockets before leaving.

Health and Safety

Please have open and clear communication with your service provider at all times. Let them know if they need to adjust the pressure of the massage, change the level of the table warmer, if you need an extra blanket, or etc. We want to make sure you are comfortable at all times while in our care. If you are a returning client, be sure to update us on any changes in your health or skin care regimen. We want to make sure we are using treatment methods that are best suited for you.

  • Discontinue retinol usage three days prior to any facial service. 
  • We do not perform prenatal massages during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.
  • Contraindications for all services; fever, cold, flu, Covid19, or any contagious disease. 
  • Contraindications for nail services; nail fungus or open sores/wounds on feet or hands.
  • Contraindications for massages; bleeding disorder, recent operations, acute injuries, 1st trimester of pregnancy, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol-including prescription pain medication. 
  • A written release by your physician may be requested by your Massage Therapist before treatment, if you have any of the following conditions; Cardio-vascular conditions, Cancer, Diabetes, Epilepsy, Hypertension, Nervous conditions, Osteoporosis, or Oedema.

Recommendations and FYI

  • Schedule extra time if you need gel polish or artificial nails removed. This will help ensure you are able to receive your full service. 
  • We do not perform ingrown nail removal.
  • We recommend not shaving at least 24 hours before a pedicure.
  • We recommend at least 14 days of hair growth before a hair removal service. 
  • Exfoliate at least 24 hours before a hair removal service. 
  • Increase your water intake 24 hours prior to your scheduled massage and continue 24 hours post massage. 
  • Schedule a series of services to ensure there is no lapse in your treatment plan.
